"Ixia mix are cheerful coloured summer bulbs. Ixias can be planted in the border or in pots on the terrace or balcony. The flowers close daily and get bigger every day. They attract butterflies and bees. Ixias also look great in a vase ! The bulbs of the ixias should be planted about 8 cm deep in the spring. Place the Ixia bulbs about 7-10 cm. apart. Ixias like a rich, well-draining soil. This Ixia likes to grow in a warm sunny spot."
