"Lupinus mixed grows well in the open ground. The fresh green leaf of the lupine is palmately composed and stays under the flowers. The flowers are in long racemes around the stems. Height 90-100 cm. Dig a spacious planting hole and loosen the soil well. Improve the garden soil by mixing in some garden peat. Place the roots of the Lupinus at the correct height in the planting hole. The top of the root ball should be just below soil level. Fill the planting hole with soil and press firmly. Water immediately after planting. The Lupinus grows well in full sun or partial shade. Provide well-draining, sandy soil."
