Flowers of the Cyclamen hederifolium appear at the end of summer. Flowering often continues until winter sets in. After flowering, the beautifully drawn, heart-shaped leaves appear. The leaves remain on the tuber of the cyclamen well into spring. . Plant the flat tubers of Cyclamen hederifolium as soon as possible after receipt. Plant the about 5 cm deep. As long as the tubers have not been planted in the ground, the cyclamen must be stored frost-free. The cyclamen grows best in humus-rich, not too wet soil in a spot in partial shade or shade.
