Highlights from the first JUB Holland UK Roadshow at Lamport Hall & Gardens
Conversations in bloom, borders in colour – and a growing network
What makes a day truly worthwhile? At JUB Holland, we believe it’s the shared sense of curiosity. The questions asked. The borders explored together. The insights sparked – during a talk, a walk, or an informal chat over coffee. That spirit of connection and discovery was exactly what we hoped to cultivate at the very first JUB Holland UK Roadshow, held at the historic Lamport Hall & Gardens.
The sun was shining, the borders were in full bloom – and so were our attendees. With ideas, expertise and genuine enthusiasm, our guests made the day come alive. To everyone who joined us: thank you for your presence, your engagement and your openness. And to our partners Beechwood Industries Limited, Ebben Trees and Pictorial Meadows LTD: your knowledge, input and willingness to share made the experience all the more enriching.
A day of inspiration and connection
The Roadshow reflected what JUB Holland UK is all about: sharing knowledge, inspiring through practice, and fostering strong relationships in the field. Our team introduced history, innovations, and approach to bulb cultivation and mix design – brought to life in the landscape with second-year flowering borders and Keukenhof-style plantings.
Jake Croft, former Head Gardener at Lamport Hall & Gardens, shared his experience with the estate’s Vibrant Verge. Beechwood Industries Limited added hands-on value with a live mechanical planting demonstration. Between sessions, there was time to connect, ask questions and enjoy the timeless beauty of the gardens – wrapping up the day with fresh ideas and a renewed sense of purpose for future landscape projects.
